Zunyi Shuangyuan Chemicals Group Co. Ltd., former Guizhou Province Zunyi Chemicals Plant, was founded in 1950. In February 2004, with the transformation of the operating system, the original state-owned enterprise was converted into a private enterprise. Passed on from several generations, Shuangyuan now has become a medium- sized chemicals enterprise with 20 million US$ in assets, 18 million US$ of annual sales income, of which six million US$ through export. Shuangyuan is composed of three factories, two subsidiaries and an inorganic research institute. The company has 600 employees, among which 130 are technicians.
Utilizing the ample resources of manganese ore in the northern part of Guizhou Province, Shuangyuan specializes in manganese production, including ELECTROLYTIC MANGANESE DIOXIDE (EMD) and POTASSIUM PERMANGANATE(PP). As the leading producer of EMD in China, Shuangyuan has been undertaking R&D on EMD for more than 40 years, During these years, Shuangyuan continues to effectively communicate with our clients to better understand to their requirements in order to further advance our technology. Now Shuang yuan has been able to produce EMD using the technology completely developed by ourselves, and the annual output reached 20,000 tons. We can adjust the technical guidance of EMD production according to the special demands of our clients. Shuangyuan has perfect quality control system and obtained ISO9001:2000 certificate in 2002.
We do export by ourselves, We have purchased coal mines and manganese ores for our own use.
